Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the No Surprises Act, if you don't have insurance or aren't using insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the cost of your care before your first appointment. You can find this in your intake paperwork.
